In Southend-On-Sea, Essex, We cleaned off the graffiti at the odeon cinema using a cherry picker & a hot wash. this job was carried out at 2am to avoid any disturbance. 

in Southend-on-sea, Essex, We removed the graffiti from above wagamama‘s using a cherry picker & hot wash. This was carried out early hours of the morning at 5am to avoid disturbance to the shops. 

At Devonshire mews we carry out a fortnightly visit for cleaning the stairwell of the flats & maintaining the ground by keeping the bin stores tidy, cutting bushes & weed control. 

At Opus business park we carry out a weekly visit For mowing the lawn, cutting hedges, weed control & litter picking.  

This project was to Stop the pigeons leaving an unhealthy amount of waste on these properties in South Woodham Ferrers town. we installed pigeon spikes throughout & washed Down the affected areas. 

On a property in Ipswich we had scaffolding erected to repoint the chimney & re cement the top due to ongoing damp build up in to a ground floor flat. After our works was completed we also used a dehumidifier to dry out the affected property.

From 2017 - present we have been carrying out various emergency & maintenance jobs at The Malt House, From small jobs like tile replacements to clearing gutters & changing door closures, To the larger jobs of installing new roof valleys & emergency roof repairs via a cherry picker.

At Cromwell Drive we was sent the HSFRA report to work through. from the report we installed various handrails around site, cemented lose slabs and repaired ground defects that could be trip hazards. We checked all service cupboards throughout site making sure they had the correct FB key locks installed. 

Following on from the HSFRA works we rebuilt a knocked down wall, removed ivy from a building, carried out general maintenance & cleaned up around site.

On a site in Ipswich We brought back to life the bin store area by filling Cracks & holes & spray painted the bin store walls & ceilings in a white colour, as well as giving this a full deep clean on completion. 

We was Called out for a piece of lead hanging down & dangerous to the public. on the same day of the call we came out & repaired the lead & tiles around it.

on the The List house we previously carried out a survey via cherry picker on the chimney structure, on the survey we found spalling brickwork, cracked cement & the pointing had deteriorated over time. 3 months later from the survey we was instructed to carry out the necessary repairs to the chimney, We had a scaffold erected & completed the works safely.
